We aim to respond within 72 hours of receipt. The Site is operated by Everyday Creatives (“our trusted partners”) through Mesh Training Ltd, in partnership between the two organisations. Mesh Training Ltd is the legal entity and data controller; Everyday Creatives handle the day-to-day operation of the platform.

Your data is primarily stored in a secure Supabase database. Access is restricted via password protection and encryption.
- Access: Data is accessible by authorised personnel at Mesh Training Ltd and our trusted partner, Everyday Creatives, involved in the operation and maintenance of degreeshows.uk.
- Security: Supabase provides enterprise-grade security including Point-in-Time Recovery and data encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
- Manual screening: All uploaded content continues to be reviewed manually by our team.
4. Data retention
The Site serves as a historical archive. We intend to keep project data indefinitely. If you wish for your project or account to be removed, please email info@meshtraining.co.uk and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
5. Age restrictions
degreeshows.uk is not intended for children under 13. We require that users are aged 18 or over.
